Booking information

• Our prices are for one person per day.
  Reduction in suites and family rooms for children and the 3rd and 4th person with two full-paying adults.
  Children up to 4 years € 8,- per person & day
  Children from 4 to 10 years 50% reduction from the respective full price
  Children from 10 to 15 years 30% reduction from the respective full price
  Teenagers from 15 years 15% reduction from the respective full price

• Short stay supplement (less than 4 days) € 6,- per person & day
• Single room supplement € 15,- per person & day

• Pets (only dogs) are only allowed on request in certain categories and can only be brought along after written confirmation from us. Costs € 10,- per day without food.

Pets are not allowed in the dining and wellness areas. Dogs must wear a muzzle or a muzzle sling on public transportation. Since summer 2022, a "dog transport card" must be purchased for transportation on the cable cars. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the region, there are plenty of Robby Dog stations in the SFL area.
Prices are per person and day EXCLUSIVE local tax (€ 2,60 per person and day from the age of 15)

We do not accept group bookings of more than 15 people!

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your vacation
• We will be happy to credit the deposit for your next vacation, or we will transfer it back to you - minus € 20,- processing fee
• If you cancel 30 days to 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price is due and payable
• If canceled 14 days to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price is due and payable
• If canceled 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price is due and payable
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, the total price will be charged

When making a reservation, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH2006) apply, we recommend that you take out the "Europäische" Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance for every reservation.
