The location of our hotel in Ladis is a treasure trove for ski and snowboard fans in the mountains of the Tyrol. With a grandiose 212 km of skied slopes on 450 ha of slopes, 67 lifts and countless hours of sunshine, there are already three reasons why it is worth enjoying your skiing vacation in Tyrol right here.
Skiing in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis means pure joy and winter magic. The three charming villages of Serfaus, Fiss, and Ladis have joined forces to create one of Tyrol’s most diverse winter sports regions – a true paradise for snow enthusiasts. From the sunny plateau at 1,200 meters up to the snow-sure peaks at 2,800 meters, a breathtaking winter wonderland unfolds, leaving nothing to be desired.
With state-of-the-art gondolas, chairlifts, and drag lifts, Tyrol’s ski dimension is easily accessible and offers a wide variety of experiences for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, a leisure skier or an adrenaline seeker – everyone will find their ideal slope here. A total of 160 kilometers of perfectly groomed blue, red, and black pistes promise endless carving fun. Freeride terrain, racing tracks, and imaginative fun areas add even more excitement to the mix. And for those looking to relax, cozy mountain huts and restaurants – like those with panoramic views on the Lazid – offer the perfect place to unwind and refuel.
Here, winter adventures await the whole family. In the children’s area of the Fiss-Ladis Ski School – one of the largest and sunniest playgrounds in the snow – mascot Berta the Cow gives a warm welcome to all young ski fans. Located at the mid-station of the Sonnenbahn Ladis, this spacious kids’ zone is perfectly equipped for ski lessons and offers the ideal setting for little ones to make their first turns on snow.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! The resort has something for everyone: exciting fun parks for all skill levels, unforgettable highlights off the beaten track, and cozy, family-friendly restaurants that invite you to relax and refuel together. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis – the perfect place for families looking to experience winter at its best.

Soar into the sky in the Fisser Flieger, experience weightlessness in the Skyswing and grab a compartment on the 490-horsepower PistenBully snow vehicle. And if you like it romantic, we recommend a traditional sledge ride on one of our natural toboggan runs in the region.

Three Fun Parks and ten signposted freeride routes mean creativity and action to impress the youngsters. The large Freestyle Circus in Serfaus am Komperdell and the Snowpark on the north side in Fiss, with its impressive range of large kickers, boxes, rails and jibs give even the most advanced snowboarders and free skiers the opportunity to get their money’s worth.
If your tastes favour the slightly less spectacular, the Sunpark or the Shredpark will offer everything that the more relaxed freestyle heart could desire. Butter boxes, rails, small and medium-sized jumps and special obstacles for your first freestyle experiences. In between, on the freeride routes, there are lush and dreamy views into the Ötztaler mountain landscape. In addition, under the Waldbahn, the summer mountain bike trails transform into winter trails for skiers and boarders. You’ll need finesse and technique here!
The mountain calls early – and exclusively: At 7:30 AM, the first gondolas in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis start gliding skyward, welcoming early risers to an unforgettable skiing experience. Participation is limited, making this a truly special moment.
What awaits you? Freshly groomed, untouched slopes. Velvet-soft snow. Peaceful silence. And the unbeatable feeling of being the first to carve through the pristine morning powder. Those who leave the “First Track” will experience skiing in its purest, most magical form.
